The Freelance Client Partner will build and nurture strategic client relationships with enterprise organisations while ensuring the Clients’ needs are at the heart of everything they do. They will drive growth and support existing delivery structures to ensure an optimal client experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client services, business development or consulting within the digital marketing and advertising or technology industries.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing & advertising ecosystem, and abreast of the latest in AI-driven disruption, emerging technologies and innovation.
- In-depth understanding of the different elements of the end-to-end marketing and advertising campaign workflows, as well as the content supply chain.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Partnership management experience, with demonstrated abilities to manage and organise partnership plans, inform detailed project plans, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholder types ranging from C-suite through to specialists.
- Strong negotiation skills, and have a proficiency in writing business cases
- Ability to present effectively, and craft compelling proposals using Google slides
- Track record of effective program management, and demonstrable commercial acumen
- Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in the ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points.
