Mediafly is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and performance of its website, driving engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web marketing within B2B SaaS
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing websites, particularly WordPress
- Strong understanding of website UX, conversion optimization, and landing page strategy
- Strong understanding of technical SEO/AIO, including site structure, page speed optimization, crawlability, indexing, and schema markup
- Experience identifying and resolving technical SEO issues such as broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content, and Core Web Vitals performance
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), HubSpot, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms to audit and analyze website tracking and performance
