A brand-new international technology consultancy is establishing its first delivery centre in Belfast, creating a unique opportunity to join at the ground level and help shape a high-performing engineering function.

As part of a strategic expansion, the business is building a new Belfast-based delivery team to bring key project work in-house and better support international clients.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on Project Delivery Lead role, focused on leading client-facing technology projects end-to-end.

You will:

Take full ownership of multiple client engagements
Lead delivery from planning through to execution
Act as the key point of contact for clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope, and at high quality
Coach and mentor team members
Identify risks early and drive effective resolutions
Help shape delivery standards and best practices as the Belfast function grows

What Youll Bring

5 years experience in project management or delivery leadership
Background in consulting, financial services, or technology environments
Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of modern technology delivery (applications, integration, systems)
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving capability

Desirable Experience

Exposure to cloud, AI/ML, or advanced data platforms
Experience within capital markets, fintech, or payments
