United States onlyThe Traveling Solar Pile Driver Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing pile driving equipment used in solar construction projects across multiple job sites.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment, preferably pile drivers or similar machinery
- Hands-on experience with Vermeer and/or Gayk equipment
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems
- Experience with Trimble GPS or similar machine control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostics
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50–90%)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
