Design Manager, EQUIP

The Design Manager is responsible for managing the design coordination process, coordinating drawing deliverables, and ensuring the BIM team is on schedule. This role also involves collaborating with project teams, identifying design critical decisions, and mitigating design risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Biomedical/Clinical Engineering, Healthcare Management preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing and coordinating drawings and design disciplines in commercial, healthcare, science and technology, education, water, or industrial projects.
• Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with project staff and internal/external entities
