United States onlyMCA Connect is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation projects. The role requires 7+ years of experience in managing software implementation deployments, strong project management skills, and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Requirements
- Manage one or more high risk, high complexity ERP and/or CRM projects.
- Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project.
- Develops and manages detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans.
- Drive project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Manages project deliverables, scope & expectations.
- Proactively communicates and reports status to executives, MCA Connect management and all other stakeholders by leveraging tools such as status reports, executive briefings, and active day to day team communication.
- Effectively communicates and collaborates with technical project team members to achieve project goals.
- Employs project management leading practices as provided by PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards.
- Provides leadership to project team members with respect to project management processes and best practices.
- Directly responsible for managing the project budget, and providing the predictive financial analysis required to deliver accurate project status.
- Coordinate customer invoicing, accounts receivable and providing project forecasting models.
