Mattel is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to support the development of new toys and products, working closely with design, engineering, and quality teams. The successful candidate will develop, design, and translate product concepts to defined products/toys, and collaborate with vendors and OEMs on processes and product development.

Requirements

  • University or Technical College graduate with major in Mechanical, industrial or other relevant engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in product development / manufacturing sectors, prefer in Toys industry/ household applicant / consumer product / injection plastic
  • Fairly good spoken & listening English. Good written English. Ability to speak basic Mandarin is an advantage
  • Basic PC knowledge & 2D / 3D drafting techniques
  • Positive attitude to continuous personal development
