Associate CRM Consultant

As a Associate CRM Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Automation Specialist in the CRM space
• Experience in working with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot
• Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation
• Knowledge of digital marketing
• Proven ability in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity in day-to-day professional tasks
• Understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment
• C1 level of English proficiency
