We will count on you to:

Responsibility: Servicing clients in the International Area both in the administrative management of the issuance of proposals, filling of the global system of corporate policies, as well as in the attention of clients of the international area, delivering the service according to the Marsh standards for Multinational Companies, carrying out renewal and expansion of current insurances.

• Prepare summaries for the client
• Prepare summaries for the referring office and/or enter them into the MGC system
• Lobbying abroad to expedite the sending of instructions to fronting companies
• Issue proposals requesting policy renewals and endorsements if required by clients
• Review policies and endorsements received in support for clients
• Returning incorrect documents to support clients
• Enter policies and endorsements into the system to support clients
• Answering general inquiries from the Marsh network abroad for clients
• Complete forms and required information from abroad
• Complete the "systems with detailed policies and payments" for abroad (MGC among other systems)
• Manage and report claims abroad to support clients
• Support Collections by contacting customers and collecting when required
• Attend to inquiries from local customers and their requests for quotation
• Contacts clients within the Marsh network, through the client portfolio

What you need to have:

• University Degree
• Ideally, you should have experience with P&C insurance.
• A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• English language fluency
