The Senior CRM Transformation Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end transformation of the Salesforce CRM environment, increasing business value generated by the CRM, and addressing underutilization and operational inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in CRM, enterprise systems, or large-scale digital transformation environments
- Strong experience with Salesforce (architecture and platform capabilities)
- Experience leading large-scale CRM transformation or enterprise system transformation programs
- Enterprise architecture mindset with the ability to align business processes and system design
- Proven program management expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams
- Understanding of AI integration in enterprise systems, within data protection constraints
