Be a part of an agile team to provide the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) OCIO/G-6 with agile, innovative, customer focused, and cost-effective integrated enterprise IT support services in support of the USACE vision of engineering solutions for the Nation’s toughest challenges.
Requirements
- Overseeing and managing the patch management process within the CASTLE-NET program to ensure all desktops, laptops, and remote systems are up-to-date and compliant
- Providing technical and management leadership on major technology assignments while establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives
- Working closely with end users, IT, and security teams to coordinate patch deployment and maintain consistent practices that minimize impacts on USACE operations
- Directing and controlling field activities and staffing to ensure that all technical requirements are met for the enterprise IT foundation
- Interfacing with senior management regarding decision-making and domain knowledge that may have a critical impact on overall project implementation
- Delivering world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support to exceed the expectations of USACE IT end-users
- Functioning as a technical expert across multiple project assignments to implement secure, innovative, and modernized technological solutions
