This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the architecture, planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and budget.
- Work with clients, business analysts, developers, and other teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide technical support.
- Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet high standards of performance, security, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications and progress reports.
- Stay current with Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends, contributing to process improvements and innovation.
- Participate in product change control board activities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, 8+ years of experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect/SME
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, customization, and integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (highly desired)
- Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Teams, and GitHub.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and willing to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $103,800.00-$173,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
