Executive Director HCSC Vertical Lead - LHB

The Executive Director HCSC Vertical Lead will serve as the primary liaison between Luminare Health and HCSC, managing and strengthening partnership, and overseeing operational excellence. This role is responsible for overall P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial and strategic alignment, and driving sales growth, retention, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of self-funded or insurance industry experience
• 3+ years Client Management, product development or related experience
• Bachelor degree
• Project Management: prioritizes process, establishes and meet deadlines, leads diverse group of individuals to meet time critical deadlines and complete tasks
• Communication Skills: demonstrates effectiveness in both written and verbal communication skills, and effectively persuade, shares information in concise manner
