This role oversees the technical direction of a platform responsible for managing user preferences, such as device registration, communication settings, and language options within a centralized service framework. The platform integrates with enterprise systems to ensure accurate, secure, and personalized communication delivery across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable software solutions and platform services.
- Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to align on technical strategy.
- Contribute hands on to backend development, API design, cloud architecture, and integration.
- Drive engineering best practices, documentation, performance improvements, and platform reliability.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with C# / .NET
- Experience with Kong API Management (APIM)
- Strong AWS Cloud experience
- Expertise in API development, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud‑native design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Preferred
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, or event-driven patterns.
- Cloud or technical certifications.
- Healthcare industry domain experience.
