Head of Key Account Management (M/F/D)

• Own the full sales cycle for a defined customer segment, leading cross‑functional teams from acquisition to close
• Build and grow strategic customer relationships, driving upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term revenue
• Prepare proposals and contracts and act as the key contact for customer stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor insights
• Ensure contract‑compliant service delivery and continuously improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Marketing and PR to support go‑to‑market initiatives

Requirements

• Completed university degree, ideally in industrial engineering, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through relevant training and professional experience.
• Good knowledge of the airfreight and/or aviation industry
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action, high cost awareness, ability to recognise and assess economic relationships, and a strong willingness to take responsibility
• Confident presence with excellent communication, negotiation and assertiveness skills
• Ability to represent the company both internally and externally.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills; decision‑making ability and implementation strength.
• High flexibility and initiative.
• Able to work under pressure; willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
