We’re looking for a Performance-Driven Google & YouTube Ads Strategist to own, lead, and scale our paid YouTube and Google traffic strategy for a high-growth B2C high-ticket coaching business. This isn’t just about “running ads”—you’ll be fully responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of our Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns, with a laser focus on measurable ROI.
You’ll proactively plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that consistently generate high-quality leads and sales. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, funnel, and dev teams to ensure every campaign is built to convert.
In this role, you’ll have the freedom to move fast, take ownership, and drive growth—without micromanagement.
Within your first 90 days, success means you will:
- Consistently generate qualified leads and sales at or above our target ROI/ROAS benchmarks.
- Independently design and launch profitable campaigns without daily oversight.
- Proactively request new creatives, funnel updates, and assets with clear performance-based reasoning.
- Maintain airtight tracking and attribution, swiftly resolving any data or pixel issues.
- Deliver clear, actionable performance reports that turn data into decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a cohesive Google & YouTube advertising strategy aligned with business growth goals.
- Creative & Funnel Collaboration: Brief the creative team on ad concepts, landing pages, and graphics needed to improve conversion.
- Campaign Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Video.
- Advanced Targeting & Bidding: Implement segmentation, bidding strategies, and remarketing to maximize ROI.
- Tracking & Attribution: Manage tracking across Google Tag Manager, GA4, and third-party tools—diagnose and fix issues fast.
- Reporting: Produce weekly/monthly reports highlighting wins, challenges, and next steps.
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years managing profitable Google & YouTube ad campaigns for B2C high-ticket coaching or education businesses.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding ROI/ROAS goals.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Strong grasp of direct-response marketing and high-ticket funnels.
- Proficient with tracking setups (GTM, GA4, attribution tools).
- Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks for video ads.
