Requirements
- 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience in a similar direct lending environment
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding 5 or more active state licenses
- Proven production of top performance in alike model
- Flexible and adaptable, learns and reacts quickly at a faster than average pace
