Requirements
- Analytical, entrepreneurial and technical aptitude
- Smooth transition between strategy and execution
- Understanding of control systems, motor regulation, and sensor technology (IIoT a plus)
- Experience with international cooperation and technical project management
- Good command of Dutch and English
