Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional motion design experience
- Strong portfolio showing both product/UI motion and brand/marketing work
- Experience creating motion for interfaces and storytelling-driven campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong experience with Figma
- Ability to balance visual quality with performance considerations
