Canada onlyRegistered Psychotherapist – Ontario (Virtual Role)
LifestyleRx is seeking passionate Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) in Ontario who are dedicated to helping patients achieve better health outcomes through evidence-based lifestyle medicine.
As part of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a key role in supporting patients through the behavioural and emotional changes necessary to improve their metabolic health. This is a virtual, part-time position with flexible scheduling with a minimum requirement of 10 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 virtual counselling to patients enrolled in our 12-week Lifestyle Medicine program
- Support patients in navigating behaviour change, emotional eating, stress, motivation, and other Psychological aspects of mental health and health improvement.
- Develop and deliver care plans to help patients improve sleep and stress resilience
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and physiotherapists
- Participate in training to become confident in delivering care using our lifestyle medicine framework

What We’re Looking For
- Registered to practice as an RCC or RP in Ontario
- Training and/or experience in behavioural change, CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and lifestyle medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and delivering care in a virtual environment
- Able to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
