As a Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Rep, you will provide payment assistance solutions to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals, fielding requests such as card activation, program eligibility, and explanation of program benefit. The role requires 3+ years of call center experience, a high school diploma, and pharmacy technician experience. The pay range is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
