What you’ll achieve
As a Bid Coordinator you will assist two Senior Bid Managers to manage the day to day bid activities across the UK and Ireland healthcare software market. This role is pivotal in securing new business opportunities through expertly crafted, compliant, and compelling proposals aligned with strategic sales objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery to develop high-quality responses to public and private sector healthcare tenders (e.g., NHS procurement frameworks, OJEU notices, G-Cloud, etc.).
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Managing bid portal, sending out pipeline notification and tracking opportunities.
Coordinate and manage the bid process from start to finish.
Work with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
Prepare and review bid documents, including proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Maintain and update bid documentation and records.
Monitor and track bid progress and deadlines.
Assist in the development of bid strategies and win themes.
Maintain and enhance a bid library of standard answers, case studies, CVs, and company information to improve efficiency and consistency.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in bid coordination or a similar role.
Solid organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
