AU and NZ onlyCanva is seeking a Workday Integrations Platform Manager to lead and coach a cross-functional engineering team within Canva's Workday Platform. The role will focus on defining technical strategy, architecture, delivery, and ensuring high service reliability, documentation, and observability. This is a key role within the IT Supergroup, supporting the core business operations of Canva's finance, people, and legal systems.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional technical teams in systems/platform engineering.
- Deep, hands-on Workday experience including architecture, integrations, and delivery cycles.
- Experience working in regulated environments (SOX, ITGC, Payroll, Audit).
- Experience with Workday integration tooling such as Studio, EIB, and API/event-driven architecture.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
