We are hiring for a client, a West London-based e-commerce company specializing in Amazon FBA space, where you will manage end-to-end supplier operations and optimize sourcing and procurement processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Requirements

• Identify, evaluate, and contact suppliers globally to source products and materials at competitive prices aligned with Amazon marketplace requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules directly with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmation, shipment tracking, and delivery follow-up for Amazon FBA replenishments.
• Manage procurement of packaging and operational materials (e.g., poly bags, boxes, tapes, packing materials) in compliance with Amazon’s FBA standards.
• Oversee order processing, inbound shipments, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels across Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Conduct demand forecasting and material planning based on sales performance, seasonality, and marketplace trends.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and product quality, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
• Develop, document, and enhance sourcing and procurement procedures to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
