Job Description:

The Sourcing and Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end supplier operations from identifying and negotiating with vendors to overseeing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries. This role is pivotal in supporting the client’s Amazon operations by maintaining product availability, competitive pricing, and an efficient supply chain. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and skilled at optimizing sourcing and procurement processes in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and contact suppliers globally to source products and materials at competitive prices aligned with Amazon marketplace requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules directly with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
• Develop and maintain new supplier accounts and long-term relationships to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and supply continuity.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmation, shipment tracking, and delivery follow-up for Amazon FBA replenishments.
• Manage procurement of packaging and operational materials (e.g., poly bags, boxes, tapes, packing materials) in compliance with Amazon’s FBA standards.
• Oversee order processing, inbound shipments, and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels across Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Conduct demand forecasting and material planning based on sales performance, seasonality, and marketplace trends.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and product quality, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.
• Develop, document, and enhance sourcing and procurement procedures to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic sourcing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail with effective planning
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and expertise in procurement and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations is preferred.
