The company is looking for a Head of Product, AI to help shape the future of Leona, partnering directly with the founders to sharpen product thinking, push roadmap decisions forward, and bring clarity and rigor to a fast-moving team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience at an early-stage startup
- Strong grasp of AI products, with experience working on an AI-first product
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product judgment, especially around AI-native user experiences
- Comfortable operating with high ownership and relatively little structure — you create clarity, you don't wait for it
- Strong sense of urgency and deep intrinsic motivation
- Excited to spend significant time with users, building product instincts from the ground up
- A passion for building
- Fluent in English and Spanish
