Legence is hiring a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of the payroll function, configuring payroll systems, leading payroll implementations, and training payroll teams on new systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in a union payroll environment
- Proven experience in payroll processing and direct experience with payroll system implementations
- Experience with managing software systems, implementations, and interfaces
- Proficiency in HRIS and ERP systems (e.g., ADP, Dayforce, Workday, Sage, Spectrum)
- Excellent communication skills for leading meetings, conducting training, and providing status updates
