The League is looking for a Membership Manager to build and maintain our membership program. The Membership Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of membership giving, from acquisition campaigns to acknowledgements to monthly renewal notices.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- At least three years of leadership experience in membership or fundraising in a growing organization
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM / ECRM software
- Ability to learn new software and computer-based skills and tools
- Quick and reliable research, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to work independently
- A creative eye for new and emerging cycling apparel and accessories
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Problem solving/analysis
- Enthusiasm for the League’s mission to create a more Bicycle Friendly America for everyone
