The Head of Growth leads the company’s acquisition engine, responsible for generating net-new pipeline and customers through scalable, data-driven marketing programs. Working across the Lexology and Law.com portfolios, this role translates market engagement into measurable commercial impact by designing integrated growth strategies that attract priority buyers and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
This role works in close partnership with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Events, Marketing Operations, and Sales to deliver acquisition programs aligned to the company’s most important markets and products.
The Head of Growth also leads a global team responsible for demand generation, account-based marketing, and funnel optimization, establishing a disciplined, performance-oriented approach to growth marketing.
Success in this role will be defined by the ability to build a predictable acquisition engine that consistently generates qualified pipeline and contributes meaningfully to new customer revenue.

· Net-new pipeline generated from marketing programs
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Additional skills and Responsibilities for a successful Head of Growth-
· Partner closely with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns, engagement, and pipeline are accurately tracked in Salesforce and marketing automation systems.
· 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or acquisition strategy.
