MISSION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Supports management in the activities related to the definition of commercial strategies for penetrating new markets, expanding product offerings, and capturing market share, encompassing pricing, distribution channels, promotional campaigns, and sales force optimization;
3. Supports management in the activities related to the exploration of new market segments, untapped customer segments, and potential partnerships or acquisitions for business development;
4. Supports management in the definition of key requirements and capabilities needed to support the commercial strategy, including sales force's knowledge, tools, and incentives to effectively execute commercial strategies;
5. Supports partnerships and alliances management (e.g., retailers, distributors, channel partners), ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, monitoring partnership performance, and reporting relevant matters to management;
6. Ensures all activities related to commercial strategies and business development initiatives are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards;
7. Keeps track of KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies and business development initiatives, preparing reports for management with relevant insights for decision making.
