Responsibilities
- Manage and administer client network servers, infrastructure, and workstations remotely and on-site.
- Implement and migrate new services, including cloud migrations, cybersecurity solutions, and network improvements.
- Maintain and manage our Remote Management and Monitoring solution, including patching and automation.
- Recommend and perform software and hardware upgrades, improvements, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on servers, networks, and workstations.
- Provide support for Microsoft technologies, email systems, and other IT services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions.
- Respond to inquiries and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Monitor network performance, security, and alerts.
- Perform network and security audits and maintain network documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Managed Services.
- Advanced IT certifications such as Microsoft, CSSP, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA, etc.
- Project implementation experience in server migrations, firewall upgrades, email migrations, cybersecurity implementations, and more.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical awareness.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
