Requirements

• Leading a world-class team of Content Managers and overseeing a larger team of skilled editors
• Mentoring, nurturing, and coaching team members to drive performance and deliver quality content
• KPI tracking and accountability, embedding metrics into daily work
• Operational excellence in task planning, commitments, and OKRs
• Workflow optimisations, including BAU streams, AI opportunities, and content freshness strategies
