Head of Engineering position for a fast-growing SaaS company in the real estate and energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the engineering function, shaping the technical organization, and driving digital transformation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in dynamic tech environments (SaaS, cloud, continuous delivery, DDD)
• Strong technical expertise combined with strategic thinking
• Proven track record in scaling engineering teams and developing modern technical organizations
• A clear, people-centric leadership style focused on ownership and collaboration
• Fluency in English (our engineering team works in English); German is a plus
