Requirements
- Policy Analysis and Review: Evaluate existing IHS and HHS policies and regulations to identify implications for enterprise EHR modernization efforts.
- Strategic Guidance and Recommendations: Provide expert advice on policy and regulatory matters impacting healthcare operations within federal healthcare systems, including IHS.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between federal agencies, tribal health organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure policy considerations reflect diverse healthcare needs.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct in-depth research on healthcare policies, trends, and best practices relevant to EHR modernization.
- Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, health policy, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, preferably leading direct patient care organizations.
