Koniag Professional Services LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support KPS and our government customer. The position is remote and requires a candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. The Project Manager will oversee and lead large and complex evaluation projects, ensuring the successful execution of data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple evaluation components.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project work plans, timelines, and evaluation plans
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and strict Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) budget enforcement across all Option Years
- Serve as primary point of contact between contractor team and government stakeholders
- Present findings to government leadership and at annual recipient meetings
- Monitor project performance daily and implement corrective actions as needed
- Oversee development, pilot testing, and cognitive testing of data collection instruments in English and Spanish
- Manage primary data collection activities, including surveys, key informant interviews, and focus groups
- Ensure compliance with IRB protocols and informed consent procedures
- Conduct regular quality checks on all project outputs
- Supervise project staff and coordinate with subcontractors daily
- Assign roles and responsibilities across the project team
- Prepare monthly progress reports, detailed invoices, and annual reports
- Coordinate development of evaluation briefs and fact sheets
- Oversee creation of summary reports and PowerPoint presentations
