Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of experience using observability and monitoring tools such as: New Relic, Data Dog, CloudWatch, Opsgenie, PagerDuty.
• Deep knowledge of the multi-account AWS environment, with a centralized observability and monitoring strategy.
• Ability to program (scripting) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Golang, Rust, JavaScript.
• Practical experience with microservices solutions, including containers and function workloads.
• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining service-level objectives (SLOs) to ensure service uptime and performance.
• Understanding of telemetry cleansing techniques and experience in applying these techniques in compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
