Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a talented Lead Product Designer to join our team at Konfío, a fintech company revolutionizing the financial landscape for Mexican SMEs. As a leader in design, you will be responsible for creating products that delight our clients.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end product design process, leading from discovery and problem definition to high-fidelity design execution and review.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis, user interviews, usability testing, and client feedback, synthesizing actionable insights for the team.
• Translate research findings into design solutions, clearly communicating learnings, decisions, and rationales to multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead ideation and co-creation sessions with clients, product, technology, and business stakeholders to discover insights, prioritize needs, and define solution scope.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering, ensuring design solutions respond to business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs.
• Contribute actively to the Design System, maintaining and evolving components to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Elevate user experience quality, promoting user-centered design best practices within the organization.
