Director, New Businesses

KOHO is seeking a Director, New Businesses to lead the product team responsible for scaling new business lines from zero to one. The successful candidate will have experience managing product managers, a deep understanding of 0→1 product development, and a strong operator mindset.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in product, including direct experience managing Product Managers
• Deep 0→1 experience, with a proven track record of taking products from zero to revenue
• Strong operator, with experience thinking in unit economics, CAC/LTV, contribution margin, and payback
• Coach, not a hero, with a focus on developing and empowering product managers
• High agency, with the ability to move fast and unblock teams
• AI-native builder, with experience using AI tools in daily work
• Clear communicator, with the ability to write for executive teams and coach one-on-one with product managers
