Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of OPEX accounts and related balance sheet accounts
- Review and posting of journal entries
- Reconciliations (prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, payroll – if applicable)
- Review work completed by the Junior Accountant
- Support month-end close cadence and financial reporting readiness
- Assist in developing policies, procedures, and internal controls
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong GAAP knowledge (US GAAP preferred; other frameworks acceptable with understanding of differences)
- ERP exposure preferred
- CPA or equivalent license: nice to have, not required
