Automation Analyst

Location: Remote

Hours: Full Time, Perm - Monday to Friday

Overall Purpose of The Role

We're looking for an experienced Automation Analyst to join a growing automation function within a regulated financial services environment. This is a hands on, delivery focused role its not a narrow DevOps or support position. You'll have ownership across the full automation lifecycle , working closely with the business to design, build and deliver automation that drives real operational improvement.

You will be expected to advise, influence, and challenge, not just build

Key Accountabilities

• Designing, developing and deploying RPA solutions (Blue Prism essential)
• Building and managing end to end automation workflows
• Working directly with stakeholders to: Understand business processes and pain points Challenge existing ways of working Recommend smarter, automated solutions
• Owning delivery from: Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support
• Supporting live automations including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Ensuring all solutions are secure, resilient, and compliant within a regulated environment

Experience, Knowledge, Skills

• 3 years' experience delivering RPA / automation solutions
• Hands-on experience with Blue Prism or similar RPA
• Experience across the full automation lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder skills be able to challenge, influence, and advise the business
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions
• Comfortable working in a small team environment , with flexibility to pick up a broad range of responsibilities
• Experience with workflow engines / BPM tools (e.g. Laserfiche or similar)
• SQL / database knowledge
• Experience working in a financial services or regulated environment
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
