Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Fitment Support

    • Provide real-time assistance to outfield fitters with installation procedures and troubleshooting

  • Post Fitment Verification

    • Confirm successful installation through structured follow-up processes

    • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to technical teams for resolution

  • Telematics Event Diagnostic

    • Troubleshoot telematics-related issues and plan corrective actions

  • Hardware Preparation

    • Prepare, configure, and inspect terminals prior to deployment

  • Product Testing

    • Conduct functional and quality assurance tests before product release

    • Record test results, identify defects, and initiate corrective actions

  • Stocktaking & & Inventory Management

    • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock records

    • Track consumables and manage stock movement between locations

  • Office Helpdesk Support

    • Provide troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues

    • Support internal staff with IT-related queries

  • Ad Hoc Operational Support

    • Assist with additional operational duties as required

    • Maintain flexibility to support cross-departmental needs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the IT service industry.

  • Proficient in English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Hands-on and a positive attitude

  • Technically independent with good initiative

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
