This role is critical to ensuring predictable, high-quality monthly releases across a complex environment consisting of web services and cross-platform mobile applications (iOS, Android, Windows).This is a Remote Work-from-Home full-time position.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projectsPlan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platformsMaintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreamsCoordinate cross-team deliverables to ensure alignment between engineering, QA, and DevOpsDrive release readiness activities including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment schedulingEnsure all builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruptionCoordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releasesRun daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetingsIdentify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; proactively drive resolutionTrack progress across teams and provide clear, concise status updates to leadershipEnsure proper handoffs between development, QA, and DevOps teamsImprove communication and coordination across distributed teams and stakeholdersContinuously refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking processesIntroduce best practices for managing high-frequency, multi-platform releasesOptimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and efficiencyHelp standardize release checklists, documentation, and operational playbooksWork with Azure DevOps to improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency and reliabilityRequirementsBachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field6–10 years of project management experience in software development environmentsProven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and release cyclesStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release managementExperience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS/Android/Windows)Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management toolsExceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsStrong communication skills with ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to manage complexity, track dependencies, and drive execution under tight timelinesJob BenefitsRetirement fund contributionPaid vacationCompensation$100,000 - $220,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Application ProcessReply with your resume (PDF or Word) to jobs.2019 (at) jollytech.com with subject “JOL-PJM-TX-032026”Include your desired salaryList 3-5 concise bullet points highlighting your top strengths and measurable achievementsReturn to list#J-18808-Ljbffr
