We are seeking a Content Strategy and Social Media Specialist to lead our content creation, manage our social media presence, and develop strategic partnerships that enhance our brand's visibility and engagement. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling articles for LinkedIn and other outlets, maintaining consistent social media activity, and contributing to our overall content strategy. The ideal candidate will balance creative content production with strategic thinking to support our objectives in client engagement, leveraging success stories, and effectively targeting the e-commerce and DTC market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that includes writing articles for LinkedIn and other platforms to address customer problems and showcase success stories.
  • Manage daily social media operations, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and engagement with our audience across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Gather insights and stories that can be transformed into compelling content for our target audience.
  • Create a content playbook that standardizes our approach to content creation, messaging, and social media engagement, aligning with our brand's values and goals.
  • Spearhead initiatives to utilize client feedback, lead magnets, and referral programs as tools for attracting and retaining customers.
  • Engage in content partnerships and collaborate on content creation projects, placing a premium on content that supports small businesses and aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills in English, with the ability to create engaging, informative content tailored to our target audience.
  • A plus if experienced in graphic design, with the ability to conceptualize and create visual content that complements textual narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Preference for candidates who can work from anywhere, with a particular interest in those based in Lebanon.
  • Candidates with design experience and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) will be given special consideration.
