Chief of Staff

Job Description

Frens Capital is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to manage day to day administrative operations of the fund. This individual must be someone who has good understanding of finance, operations and administrative work.

From day one, the chief of staff will have an immediate impact on the team and its productivity, streamlining project management, helping prfioritize initiatives and conduct ad-hoc research work.

This person must be someone with a growth mindset who's not afraid to acquire new skills and be exposed to the latest technologies and tools.

Objectives of this Role

• Oversee strategic initiatives from development through successful execution
• Assist and communicate with CEO in decision-making, market research, data entry, scheduling and operations
• Review and manage Google Sheets & Presentation in order to document research and identify gaps

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form English
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
