As a Systems Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting analytics and reporting functions, ensuring that data-driven insights are accurate, timely, and actionable. You will work closely with both Business Analytics and Data Engineering teams to maintain reporting solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data structures for consistent reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You will help translate business needs into technical solutions, participate in release management, and ensure the quality and reliability of data feeds. This position offers a remote work environment and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Accountabilities
- Create, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards, deliverables, and data structures to support analytics needs.
- Collaborate with Business Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product teams to capture, document, and implement requirements.
- Monitor data feeds and engage with technical teams to resolve system and data issues.
- Lead efforts to develop new data models or optimize existing ones to support business objectives.
- Participate in release management, deployments, and tracking project progress.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for data management, reporting, and analytics processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience with SQL coding, system monitoring, and data feed management.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Snowflake, Excel, DBT, GitHub, and data analysis.
- Strong presentation and business analysis skills.
- Ability to gather end-user requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred: Python, JSON, or other programming/coding experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams and quickly learn new technologies.
