As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex programs in the uncrewed air traffic management (UTM) space, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable drone operations. You will manage multi-stakeholder initiatives, balancing technical execution with regulatory compliance, and play a critical role in shaping the future of advanced drone systems. Accountabilities
- Lead quarterly planning and portfolio management for UTM-related programs, defining clear deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Drive alignment and collaboration across technical and regulatory teams to resolve complex problems and ensure successful execution.
- Prepare and present program status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues, coordinating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
- Manage change communications and ensure compliance with product lifecycle development standards and engineering policies.
- Support technical decision-making by providing clear guidance, documentation, and insights on program initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within UTM, drone operations, or related aerospace fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of UTM systems, architecture, and the regulatory landscape.
- Technical aptitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to navigate complex organizational challenges.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proven ability to execute programs effectively in dynamic environments.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while driving results and ensuring alignment.
