Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise security solutions across diverse systems and environments.
- Apply advanced security principles to assess risks, develop strategies, and implement measures to protect data, applications, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are embedded in all technology initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance on security architecture, policies, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Advise stakeholders on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and remediation strategies.
- Drive the evaluation and adoption of new security technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Oversee security assessments, audits, and incident response planning to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a security solutions architect or similar senior security role in enterprise IT environments.
- Advanced knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
- Experience designing and implementing security controls across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of network security, identity and access management, data protection, and application security.
- Hands-on experience with security tools, monitoring systems, and threat detection technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills for complex, ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills to influence and advise both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
