Senior Fullstack .NET/React Developer (Latam)

This role offers the chance to contribute to high-impact enterprise applications in a fully remote, collaborative environment. You will work across the full stack, designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions that meet both technical and business objectives. Acting as a hands-on engineer, you will participate in architecture discussions, improve cloud-hosted systems, and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment and testing. The position emphasizes both autonomy and teamwork, requiring mentorship of junior developers, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem-solving. Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications across the full stack.
• Deliver high-quality, well-architected code while enforcing engineering best practices.
• Enhance and support cloud-hosted systems (Azure or AWS), ensuring performance, reliability, and monitoring.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Analyze business requirements, estimate effort, and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
• Review code, maintain clear documentation, and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities.
• Monitor support channels, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, architecture, and engineering.
• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET/C#.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including React, JavaScript libraries, and jQuery.
• Strong experience building enterprise-level applications and working with SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and automated testing (unit & integration).
• Experience with RESTful Web Services, CI/CD practices, and version control (GitLab).
• Familiarity with ticketing and release management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Advanced English level for client communication and technical discussions.
