As a Senior AI/LLM Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and building intelligent, self-directed AI agents that transform how enterprises leverage AI. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to create scalable, cloud-native AI solutions. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to architecture, integration, and deployment of advanced AI-driven systems. You will also explore and implement cutting-edge generative AI tools, vector databases, and autonomous agent frameworks, ensuring high-performance and secure solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, influence technical direction, and drive impactful AI initiatives across diverse domains.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with technical owners, architects, and external teams to design robust AI architectures and define technology stacks.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven agents and custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations.
- Evaluate multiple technical approaches, document findings, and guide team decisions on best practices.
- Define integration requirements, establish standards, and ensure solutions follow cloud-native and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and maintain high-quality software standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical decisions, project artifacts, and development processes.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Hands-on expertise in AI/ML libraries and frameworks, with experience in developing autonomous AI agents.
- Proven experience in chatbot development, intelligent automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.
- Strong cloud development experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP, with knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and database technologies (NoSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Working knowledge of front-end frameworks like Node.js, React, with Angular or Vue.js as a plus.
- Expertise in vector databases, RAG techniques, and building custom MCP servers.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
