In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and generative AI systems, driving innovation across retrieval, multi-agent, and evaluation pipelines. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure, balancing rapid experimentation with operational excellence. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered distributed systems and generative AI solutions.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize AI/ML models in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to system architecture decisions, balancing latency, scalability, and operational considerations.
- Implement best practices for AI security, observability, evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions and align initiatives with business goals.
- Optimize retrieval, inference, and multi-agent pipelines for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance system design and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Python software engineering, including async programming and frameworks like FastAPI.
- 4+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- 3+ years deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production with orchestration, observability, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs) and prompt engineering techniques, including validation, schema enforcement, and hallucination mitigation.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent systems, coordinating AI pipelines effectively.
- Strong understanding of AI system reliability, observability, performance optimization, and security practices.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
- Advanced English level for effective collaboration with international teams.
